Having qualified with distinction from University College Dublin (UCD) in 2024, I am a REPs Ireland certified fitness professional with additional training in Inclusive Fitness and Autism in Sport. I specialise in designing personalised fitness programs that integrate Pilates techniques to enhance the mind-to-movement connection, prioritise safe practices, and support gradual progress for lasting results.
Drawing on years of experience in various sports, coaching, and my strong analytical skills, I excel at helping clients unlock their full potential through patient, supportive guidance and tailored training plans.
Currently, I offer a range of services, including 1-to-1 private sessions, group Pilates classes (both in-studio and online), online coaching, and bespoke training plans designed to meet individual goals and needs.

You’ll be welcomed with a friendly chat about your goals, followed by a guided session tailored to your fitness level. No pressure — just movement that feels good and gets results.
2. Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
Not at all! My sessions are designed for all levels. Whether you're a total beginner or returning to fitness, I’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely and confidently.
3. How are your sessions different from regular gym classes or online workouts?
Every session is personalized, hands-on, and focused entirely on you. I combine expert guidance with real-time feedback to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay motivated.
4. Can I combine personal training and Pilates for better results?
Absolutely! Many clients love blending both for a balanced approach — Pilates builds core strength and flexibility, while personal training boosts overall fitness and tone.
5. What kind of results do your clients typically see — and how long does it take?
Clients often notice improved posture, strength, and energy within a few weeks. With consistency, you’ll see lasting changes in how you look, move, and feel.
