1. Morning Pilates classes

Location: St. Jude’s Church, Rossmore Rd, Templeogue, Dublin 6W, Co. Dublin
Pricing: €12 drop-in. Booking through Contact Julia.Details: Bring your own mat. I provide all other equipment including resistance bands, loops, and Pilates balls. Each class is thoughtfully structured to include core work, mobility exercises, and strength-building movements. Expect a welcoming environment and a program that evolves with your progress.
2. Evening Pilates classes

Location: Glenasmole Community Centre, Castlekelly, Glenasmole, Co. Dublin, D24 EC93
Pricing: €12 drop-in or €60 for 6-week term. Booking through Contact Julia.Details: I provide mats, but feel free to bring your own. These sessions are perfect for winding down midweek while building strength and flexibility. Like all my classes, they’re tailored to your needs and include variations for different fitness levels and physical conditions.
3. 🎥 Virtual Personal Training

- Initial consultation and health screening
- Tailored workout program based on clients goals, exercise preferences (for example: bodyweight only, no jumping, sport-specific, no burpees, free weights, etc.), equipment available (example of equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, plates, resistance bands, bench, etc.)
- Live video training sessions where I guide you in real time
- Technique demonstrations, pacing, and motivation
- Detailed feedback and adjustments based on your performance
Who it’s for: Anyone who wants the structure and accountability of a live trainer but prefers the convenience of training from home. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to refine your technique, I’ll be right there with you — virtually.

Who it’s for: Busy professionals, new parents, or anyone who prefers to work out on their own schedule. You’ll get expert guidance without needing to commit to live sessions. I’ll be your virtual coach, helping you stay on track and adjust your plan as needed.
