1. Morning Pilates classes

Pricing: €12 drop-in. Booking through Contact Julia.Details: Bring your own mat. All props including resistance bands, loops, and Pilates balls are provided by instructor, but feel free to bring your own should you wish. Each class is thoughtfully structured to include core work, mobility exercises, and strength-building movements. Expect a welcoming environment and a program that evolves with your progress. Booking is essential as this class goes ahead only if enough people booked in.
2. Evening Pilates classes

These sessions are perfect for winding down midweek while building strength and flexibility. Like all my classes, they’re tailored to your needs and include variations for different fitness levels and physical conditions. Beginner Pilates are ideal if you never done Pilates before, people recovering from injuries, pregnancy and postpartum.

- Tailored workout program based on clients goals, exercise preferences (for example: bodyweight only, no jumping, sport-specific, no burpees, free weights, etc.), equipment available (example of equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, plates, resistance bands, bench, etc.)
- Live video training sessions where I guide you in real time
- Technique demonstrations, pacing, and motivation
- Detailed feedback and adjustments based on your performance
Who it’s for: Anyone who wants the structure and accountability of a live trainer but prefers the convenience of training from home. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to refine your technique, I’ll be right there with you — virtually.
